Requires any person making independent expenditures exceeding $100 in support of or opposition to a candidate, political committee, or measure to file a statement with the secretary of state.

Statements must be filed at least seven (7) days prior to primary and general elections and thirty (30) days after primary and general elections.

Statement must include the name and address of persons receiving expenditures over $50, along with the amount, date, purpose, candidate or measure identity, and whether the expenditure supported or opposed the candidate or measure.

Independent expenditures of $1,000 or more made between sixteen days before and forty-eight (48) hours before any primary or general election require an additional written statement filed within forty-eight (48) hours of the expenditure.
