Amends Section 18-3302C to prohibit carrying concealed weapons in courthouses, juvenile detention facilities, jails, and schools, with exceptions for peace officers, security personnel, and authorized individuals.

Allows school employees with a valid enhanced license to carry concealed weapons on school property under subsection (4)(h) of Section 18-3302D, provided the firearm remains concealed and under immediate control.

Requires school employees carrying concealed weapons to inform the principal and superintendent and provide a copy of their enhanced license; requires maintaining confidentiality and sharing information with local law enforcement.

Prohibits schools from displaying signage indicating school property is a gun-free zone and protects private property owners' rights to permit or prohibit concealed firearms on their property.

Provides civil immunity from lawsuits against schools, school districts, and school employees for lawful carrying or possession of deadly weapons by employees under the enhanced license provision, except for reckless, willful, and wanton behavior.
