Removes language declaring that statements, forms, or other information relating to officer, director, or employee compensation are confidential from annual insurance filings with the Idaho Department of Insurance.

Makes financial statements filed with the director under Section 41-335 public records available to the public, with no exception for compensation information.

Maintains all other requirements for authorized insurers to file annual financial statements by March 1 using NAIC annual statement instructions and forms.

Retains penalties of $25.00 per day for each day an insurer fails to file its required annual or supplemental summary statement.
