Amends Section 49-428 of Idaho Code to allow vehicles displaying year of manufacture, old timer, classic car, or street rod license plates to display one plate attached to the rear instead of front and rear plates.

Allows motor vehicles originally manufactured without a bracket, device, or other means to display and secure a front license plate to display one plate attached to the rear of the vehicle.

Maintains existing exceptions for motorcycles, all-terrain vehicles, utility vehicles, motorbikes, semitrailers, and vehicles operated by manufacturers, repossession agents, or dealers to display only rear plates.

Preserves all other license plate display requirements including secure fastening, minimum 12-inch height from ground, clear visibility, legibility, and registration sticker placement.
