Establishes the Idaho Kratom Consumer Protection Act as Chapter 55, Title 22, Idaho Code to regulate kratom products in the state.

Defines kratom product as a food containing Mitragyna speciosa leaf or extract with 7-hydroxymitragynine alkaloid levels less than 2% of overall alkaloid composition, manufactured as powder, capsule, pill, beverage, or other edible form.

Prohibits processors from preparing, distributing, or selling kratom products that are adulterated with prohibited substances listed in section 37-2732, Idaho Code or artificially synthesized to exceed the 2% alkaloid limit.

Imposes administrative fines of up to $1,000 per violation for processors or retailers who violate product limitations.

Provides retailers a good faith defense if they relied on representations from manufacturers, processors, packers, or distributors regarding the kratom product's compliance.
