Creates new Section 42-222B allowing irrigation corporations to adjust the generally described place of use of their water rights without filing a formal change in use application under Section 42-222.

Requires corporations to file a map with the Department of Water Resources showing changes to the place of use at a scale of 1:24,000, depicting each quarter-quarter section where irrigation occurs, either as a drawing or digital GIS file.

Director must verify the boundary adjustment does not increase the rate of flow diverted, total acres irrigated, enlarge other water rights, or cause injury to other water rights.

Allows water right holders or the corporation to challenge the director's decision by requesting a contested case hearing under the administrative procedures act.
