Creates new Section 36-126 of Idaho Code authorizing the Idaho Department of Fish and Game to enforce motorized vehicle operation restrictions on private land when entering into public recreational access agreements with landowners.

Requires notice of restrictions to be posted on main traveled roads entering restricted areas, including "Travel restrictions apply" language, a website address, and phone number for contacting the department.

Prohibits persons from violating posted motorized vehicle restrictions, tearing down fencing or gates, or removing or damaging restriction notices and signs without authorization from the landowner.

Establishes first violation within a 5-year period as an infraction with fines under Section 36-1402, and two or more violations within 5 years as a misdemeanor with penalties under Section 36-1402.

Preserves enforcement of other Idaho Code provisions including trespass and property damage laws, and prohibits unlawful posting of signs on or adjacent to highways.
