Appropriates $53,708,800 total to the Department of Juvenile Corrections for fiscal year 2022 (July 1, 2021 through June 30, 2022) across four program areas: Administration, Community/Operations/Program Services, Institutions, and Community-Based Substance Abuse Treatment Services.

Administration receives $5,009,000 in appropriations from General Fund ($4,441,600), Miscellaneous Revenue Fund ($286,900), and State Juvenile Corrections Center Endowment Income Fund ($280,500).

Institutions receives $34,150,400, the largest allocation, funded from General Fund ($29,938,300), State Juvenile Corrections Center Endowment Income Fund ($1,365,200), Miscellaneous Revenue Fund ($698,600), and Federal Grant Fund ($2,148,300).

Community, Operations, and Program Services receives $11,542,100 from General Fund ($6,009,500), Juvenile Corrections Fund ($110,000), Juvenile Corrections - Cigarette/Tobacco Tax Fund ($4,375,000), Miscellaneous Revenue Fund ($327,000), and Federal Grant Fund ($720,600).

Authorizes a maximum of 414.00 full-time equivalent positions for the Department during the fiscal year, with any increases requiring Governor authorization and notification to the Joint Finance-Appropriations Committee.
