• Adds sage grouse to the list of wildlife for which residents and nonresidents can receive game tags under Idaho Code Section 36-409.

• Sets sage grouse tag fees at $21.00 for residents and $72.50 for nonresidents in the fee schedule under Section 36-416.

• Revises swan tag fees from $21.00 to $21.00-$72.50 for nonresidents and establishes sage/sharptail grouse permit fees at $4.00 for residents and $4.50-$16.00 for nonresidents.

• Removes violation provisions regarding sage grouse permits from Section 36-1401 and adds infraction language requiring hunters to purchase sage grouse or sharp-tailed grouse permits when hunting these species anywhere in the state, except at licensed shooting preserves.
