Classifies wolves in game management units 15, 16A, 17, 19, 20, 20A, 21, 26, and 27 as game animals subject to Idaho Fish and Game Commission regulation.

Classifies wolves in all other areas of Idaho as predatory wildlife with expanded hunting and killing methods including use of ATVs, UTVs, snowmobiles, and powered parachutes.

Requires persons taking wolves classified as predators to report the taking to the Department of Fish and Game within 14 days.

Restricts predatory wolf classification provisions to remain in effect only while Idaho maintains more than 50 wolf packs consisting of at least 500 wolves; authorizes the Commission to review management policies if populations fall to or below that threshold.

Authorizes all methods of take for wolf management including those used by federal fish and wildlife agencies, and directs continued use of wolf collaring for packs that prey on domestic livestock.
