Removes provisions in Idaho Code Section 33-5208 that previously authorized the state department of education to distribute facilities funds to public charter schools based on enrolled students and property ownership or lease.

Eliminates the tiered funding percentages (20% for fiscal year 2014, 30% for fiscal year 2015, and variable increases/decreases thereafter) that were calculated as a percentage of statewide average bond and plant facility funds.

Removes the reimbursement claim process that allowed charter schools without full facilities funding to submit claims to the state department of education for facility-related costs.

Makes technical corrections to Section 33-5208, Idaho Code, related to the removal of facilities fund provisions.

Retains all other existing financial support provisions for public charter schools including per-student support, special education funding, alternative school support, transportation support, and payment schedules.
