Appropriates $9,552,700 total to Idaho Public Television for fiscal year 2022 (July 1, 2021 through June 30, 2022) from General Fund, Miscellaneous Revenue Fund, Federal COVID-19 Relief Fund, and Federal Grant Fund

General Fund allocation: $1,618,500 for personnel costs, $758,800 for operating expenditures, and $341,900 for capital outlay

Miscellaneous Revenue Fund allocation: $3,690,600 for personnel costs, $2,432,900 for operating expenditures, and $110,000 for capital outlay

Federal COVID-19 Relief Fund allocation: $67,000 for personnel costs and $33,000 for operating expenditures

Federal Grant Fund allocation: $314,000 for personnel costs and $186,000 for operating expenditures

Limits Idaho Public Television to a maximum of 70.48 full-time equivalent positions during the fiscal year unless specifically authorized by the Governor, with prompt notification to the Joint Finance-Appropriations Committee of any increases
