Modifies Section 19-4705, Idaho Code to redirect 65% of fines and forfeitures from fish and game law violations to the public shooting range fund instead of the fish and game fund.

Changes reference in Section 19-4705(1)(b) from "fish and game fund" to "fish and game fund public shooting range fund" to clarify the destination of these collected fines.

Amends Section 36-418, Idaho Code to establish that the public shooting range fund receives fines and forfeitures from fish and game law violations pursuant to Section 19-4705(1)(b).

Allows distributions from the public shooting range fund to support shooting range improvements including engineering, noise abatement, safety enhancement, design, construction, and relocation projects at public ranges operated by government or nonprofit entities.
