Appropriates $72,599,600 to the State Board of Education for Community Colleges for fiscal year 2022 (July 1, 2021 through June 30, 2022), distributed across five community colleges and systemwide programs from General Fund, Community College Fund, and Federal COVID-19 Relief Fund sources
