Appropriates $9,143,400 total to the Public Employee Retirement System of Idaho (PERSI) for fiscal year 2022 (July 1, 2021 through June 30, 2022), consisting of $6,012,100 in personnel costs, $2,838,800 in operating expenditures, and $292,500 in capital outlay.

Allocates $8,056,000 to Retirement Administration (split between PERSI Administrative Fund at $7,989,000 and Judges' Retirement Fund at $67,000) and $1,087,400 to Portfolio Investment from the PERSI Special Fund.

Authorizes a maximum of 73.00 full-time equivalent positions for PERSI during fiscal year 2022, with any increases requiring Governor approval and notification to the Joint Finance-Appropriations Committee.

Provides continuous appropriation authority for Portfolio Investment Program administrative costs and perpetually appropriates amounts necessary to pay all other investment expenses related to the Portfolio Investment Program.
