Appropriates $10,387,900 to the Legislative Branch for fiscal year 2022 (July 1, 2021 through June 30, 2022), distributed among the Legislative Services Office ($9,232,300), Office of Performance Evaluations ($983,800), and Redistricting Commission ($171,800)

Reappropriates unexpended balances from fiscal year 2021 for the Legislative Services Office from the Professional Services Fund (up to $650,000 in personnel costs) and Technology Infrastructure Stabilization Fund for nonrecurring expenditures

Reappropriates unexpended balances from fiscal year 2021 for the Redistricting Commission from the General Fund for nonrecurring expenditures

Exempts the Legislative Services Office, Office of Performance Evaluations, and Redistricting Commission from object transfer limitations under Idaho Code Section 67-3511(1) and (3), allowing unlimited transfers between object codes while prohibiting transfers between funds without express legislative approval
