• Requires voters without acceptable identification at polls to complete an affidavit; beginning January 1, 2024, voters using affidavits must consent to having their photograph taken and affixed to the signed affidavit.

• Establishes Secretary of State authority to conduct random audits of affidavits (including at least one from each county) to verify voter identity, with penalties of felony for false information and misdemeanor for refusing to provide documentation during audits.
