Appropriates $183,100 to the Office of the Lieutenant Governor from the General Fund for fiscal year 2022 (July 1, 2021 through June 30, 2022), consisting of $167,900 for personnel costs and $15,200 for operating expenditures.

Authorizes the Office of the Lieutenant Governor no more than 3.00 full-time equivalent positions during the fiscal year 2022 period, unless additional positions are specifically authorized by the Governor.

Requires the Joint Finance-Appropriations Committee to be notified promptly of any increased positions authorized by the Governor.

Exempts the Office of the Lieutenant Governor from object transfer limitations, allowing unlimited transfers between object codes for appropriated moneys during fiscal year 2022.

Prohibits transfer of legislative appropriations between different funds unless expressly approved by the Legislature.
