Establishes a new Idaho Code section 67-5909B allowing any person to refuse medical treatment of any kind based on their religious beliefs.

Prohibits governmental entities, employers, and other entities from questioning the sincerity of religious beliefs claimed by a person seeking a medical exemption.

Permits government, employers, and other entities to adopt forms documenting religious exemption claims and may require waivers releasing them from liability or responsibility for the person's refusal of medical treatment.

Declares an emergency, making the act effective immediately upon passage and approval.
