Permits exemptions for COVID-19 vaccinations specifically for employees with documented history of COVID-19 infection or positive antibody screen.

Mandates that employers include descriptions of available exemptions and a citation to this section in all communications to employees regarding required immunizations.

Takes effect immediately upon passage and approval with an emergency declaration.
