Prohibits the state, political subdivisions, and private employers from mandating face masks, face shields, or other face coverings to prevent or slow the spread of contagious or infectious diseases.

Prevents face coverings from being required as a condition for entry, education, employment, or other services by the state, political subdivisions, officials, or private employers.

Requires any recommendations for face coverings to include a notice stating the recommendation is not mandatory.

Terminates any disaster emergency or public health order if the state or a political subdivision violates the mask mandate prohibition.

Excludes hospitals and health care facilities from the definition of "political subdivision," "state," and "private employer," allowing them to set their own mask policies.
