Amends Idaho Code Section 39-4801 to add a new requirement that no immunization may be mandated for school attendance unless it has received full approval from the United States Food and Drug Administration.

Maintains existing provisions allowing parents or guardians to provide immunization records signed by a physician or licensed health care professional upon school admission.

Preserves the authority of the state board of health and welfare to prescribe which immunizations are required and the manner and frequency of their administration in accordance with recognized standard medical practices.

Declares an emergency provision making the act effective immediately upon passage and approval.
