Removes the annual reporting requirement from Section 54-912 that required the board to report to associations on the status of the state board of dentistry fund.

Repeals Section 54-914 relating to dentists and dental hygienists previously qualified and Section 54-917 relating to allowance or rejection of applicants as obsolete provisions.

Prohibits dentists from requiring patients to sign agreements that limit their right or ability to file complaints with the board of dentistry.

Makes a technical correction to Section 54-924 regarding the discipline of dentists who supervise dental therapists.

Repeals Section 54-932 relating to lost or destroyed certificates or licenses.
