Removes provisions allowing individual licensing boards (outfitter/guide, dentistry, nursing, pharmacy, veterinary medicine, and real estate) to independently hire and appoint executive directors.

Transfers administrative duties and functions of these boards to the administrator of the Division of Occupational and Professional Licenses, who will carry out responsibilities under chapter 26, title 67, Idaho Code.

Eliminates language regarding executive director employment, compensation, and bonding requirements from multiple board statutes while maintaining board authority over licensing and disciplinary functions.

Consolidates administrative personnel management under a single state division rather than having each professional licensing board maintain separate executive director positions.

Corrects a code reference in section 36-408 from "36-2107(4)" to "36-2107(ih)" regarding outfitter tag allocation duties.
