Defines "sexual orientation" as a person's actual or perceived orientation as heterosexual, homosexual, bisexual, or asexual.

Extends discrimination protections based on sexual orientation and gender identity to employment, public accommodations, education, and real property transactions.

Makes technical corrections to the definitions section of Idaho's civil rights statute.
