Establishes a workforce readiness and career technical education diploma designation for public school students who meet standard graduation requirements and complete additional career technical requirements.

Requires students to pass a technical skills assessment, workplace readiness assessment, and demonstrate competency in career technical education program standards through "skillstack" or successor program to earn a workforce readiness badge or relevant industry certification.

Does not require students to complete additional credits beyond state board of education graduation requirements.

Allows students to fulfill final year math and English credits through practical math or technical writing courses.

Authorizes each school district and public charter school to create diplomas with special workforce readiness and career technical education designation for qualifying students.
