Eligible nonpublic school students in grades 7-12 receive $750 annually for dual credits, postsecondary credit-bearing examinations, and career technical education certificate examinations, subject to appropriation.

Dual credits are funded at up to $75 per credit hour from regionally accredited postsecondary institutions for 100-level courses or higher.

Eligible examinations include Advanced Placement, International Baccalaureate, College-Level Examination Program, and career technical education examinations leading to industry-recognized certificates, licenses, or degrees.

Students who fail to earn credit or complete a funded course must successfully complete one comparable course at their own expense before receiving further state reimbursements; repeated and remedial courses are ineligible.

State Department of Education shall reimburse postsecondary institutions within 125 days of receiving necessary reimbursement data and must report annually by January 15 on student participation, credits awarded, and amounts paid.
