Amends Idaho Code Chapter 18, Title 41 by adding Section 41-1853 to establish requirements for contraception coverage in health benefit plans and student health benefit plans.

Defines "contraception" as all FDA-approved drugs, devices, and products used to prevent pregnancy, explicitly excluding drugs or products intended to induce abortion.

Requires health benefit plans issued or renewed on or after January 1, 2022 that cover contraception to reimburse for a 12-month supply obtained at one time, unless the enrollee requests less or the provider prescribes a smaller supply.

Mandates that health benefit plans allow enrollees to receive contraception on-site at the provider's office when available, with dispensing practices following clinical guidelines to ensure patient health and maximize access to effective contraception.
