Enacts the Uniform Electronic Wills Act by adding Part 1 to Chapter 16, Title 15, Idaho Code, establishing a framework for electronic wills in Idaho.

Defines key terms including "electronic," "electronic will," "electronic presence," "sign," and "record" to establish requirements for valid electronic will execution.

Requires electronic wills to be readable as text and signed by the testator (or another at testator's direction) plus either two witnesses in physical or electronic presence, or acknowledgment before a notary public.

Permits electronic wills to be simultaneously executed, attested, and made self-proving through notarized acknowledgment and witness affidavits using prescribed statutory forms.

Allows creation of certified paper copies of electronic wills by affidavit for probate submission and applies these provisions to decedents dying on or after July 1, 2021.
