Licensing authorities must implement a condensed military application form that cannot require examinations or application fees, and may only request additional information deemed critical for Idaho-specific practice aspects.

Licensing authorities may issue limited licenses if Idaho's authorized scope of practice is broader than the applicant's prior state, restricting practice until the applicant completes additional education or training requirements.
