Amends Idaho Code sections 49-614, 49-648, 49-649, and 49-650 to include references to "on-track equipment" alongside existing references to railroad trains.

Requires drivers to stop 15 to 50 feet from railroad tracks and listen and look for approaching trains or other on-track equipment before crossing.

Prohibits drivers from proceeding across railroad grade crossings when warning signals indicate the immediate approach of a train or other on-track equipment.

Applies stopping and safety requirements to operators of heavy equipment (crawler tractors, steam shovels, derricks, rollers) crossing railroad grade crossings.

Makes technical corrections to grammar and language throughout the four affected code sections regarding railroad crossing procedures and safety requirements.
