Amends Idaho Code Section 18-3302D to allow school employees with enhanced concealed carry permits to possess firearms on school property with school board authorization, subject to annual training, local law enforcement coordination, and inclusion in the school safety plan.

Prohibits school boards from allowing students to carry firearms on school property, regardless of whether the student holds an enhanced concealed carry permit.

Requires school boards to adopt policies outlining annual training requirements, notification procedures to district superintendents and law enforcement, and annual notice to parents (without disclosing the name or position of authorized persons).

Schools permitting armed employees are granted immunity from liability for possession, use, or failure to use permitted weapons on school property.

Amends Section 74-106 to exempt school safety plans and the identities of persons authorized to carry firearms on school property from public records disclosure.
