Appropriates $50,175,700 total to the Division of Veterans Services for fiscal year 2022 (July 1, 2021 - June 30, 2022) from multiple funds including General Fund, Federal Grant Fund, and Veterans Home Endowment Income Fund.

Authorizes 367.20 full-time equivalent positions for the Division of Veterans Services during fiscal year 2022, unless additional positions are specifically authorized by the Governor.

Reappropriates up to $3,132,400 in unexpended Federal Grant Fund balances from fiscal year 2021 for construction of a second veterans cemetery in southeastern Idaho.

Reappropriates up to $30,761,800 from the Federal Grant Fund and $12,157,100 from the Veterans Recognition Income Fund for construction of a fourth veterans home.
