Appropriates $3,369,800 to the Soil and Water Conservation Commission for fiscal year 2022 (July 1, 2021 through June 30, 2022) from multiple funds including the General Fund ($2,967,200), Resource Conservation and Rangeland Development Fund ($342,600), and Clean Water Revolving Loan Fund ($30,000)

Authorizes no more than 17.75 full-time equivalent positions during the fiscal year, with the Joint Finance-Appropriations Committee to be notified of any increases authorized by the Governor

Distributes $300,000 of the trustee and benefit payments equally among the 50 soil and water conservation districts in Idaho in addition to amounts already authorized under Idaho Code Section 22-2727
