Appropriates $28,416,400 total to the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation for fiscal year 2022 (July 1, 2021 through June 30, 2022) across three programs: Extended Employment Services, Vocational Rehabilitation, and Council for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing.

Extended Employment Services receives $3,595,800 from the General Fund for personnel costs, operating expenditures, and trustee and benefit payments.

Vocational Rehabilitation receives $24,427,500 from multiple sources including the General Fund ($4,216,300), Rehabilitation Revenue and Refunds Fund ($1,143,900), Miscellaneous Revenue Fund ($970,900), and Federal Grant Fund ($18,096,400).

Council for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing receives $393,100 from the General Fund ($390,100) and Miscellaneous Revenue Fund ($3,000).

Limits the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation to a maximum of 150.00 full-time equivalent positions during the fiscal year, unless specifically authorized by the Governor with prompt notification to the Joint Finance-Appropriations Committee.
