Appropriates $35,035,800 from the Permanent Building Fund to the Department of Administration Division of Public Works for capital outlay during fiscal year 2022 (July 1, 2021 through June 30, 2022).

Allocates funds for maintenance projects including alteration and repair ($14,218,800), asbestos abatement ($500,000), ADA compliance ($1,300,000), and facility maintenance ($3,587,400), totaling $18,606,200.

Allocates funds for capital projects including ISP Facility Design in Idaho Falls ($800,000), IDJC Facility in St. Anthony ($3,200,000), Military Readiness Center in Twin Falls ($5,429,600), and CEI Future Tech Facility ($7,000,000).

Authorizes the Division of Public Works to reallocate project savings to other funded projects with Permanent Building Fund Advisory Council approval and to use appropriated funds as matching money for federal or private donations.

Transfers $7,000,000 from the General Fund to the Permanent Building Fund on July 1, 2021, with $7,000,000 in CEI Future Tech Facility funds available only after the College of Eastern Idaho president secures matching pledges of $7,000,000.
