Appropriates $165,700 to the Office of the Lieutenant Governor from the General Fund for fiscal year 2022 (July 1, 2021 through June 30, 2022), consisting of $150,500 for personnel costs and $15,200 for operating expenditures.

Authorizes no more than 2.00 full-time equivalent positions for the Office of the Lieutenant Governor during fiscal year 2022, unless specifically authorized by the Governor.

Requires the Joint Finance-Appropriations Committee to be notified promptly of any increased positions authorized by the Governor.

Exempts the Office of the Lieutenant Governor from object transfer limitations, allowing unlimited transfers between object codes for all appropriated moneys during fiscal year 2022.

Prohibits transfers of legislative appropriations from one fund to another fund unless expressly approved by the Legislature.
