Appropriates $4,357,700 to the Office of the State Treasurer for fiscal year 2022 (July 1, 2021 – June 30, 2022) from multiple funds including the General Fund ($1,455,200), State Treasurer LGIP Fund, Professional Services Fund, Idaho Millennium Income Fund, and Abandoned Property Trust Fund.

Authorizes no more than 26.00 full-time equivalent positions for the Office of the State Treasurer during fiscal year 2022, with any increases requiring Governor authorization and notification to the Joint Finance-Appropriations Committee.

Limits bank service fee payments to $406,600 from the General Fund and $221,700 from the Professional Services Fund for fiscal year 2022.

Reduces the fiscal year 2021 General Fund appropriation by $196,000 for payment card industry compliance and appropriates an additional $75,000 from the General Fund for office relocation costs during fiscal year 2021.

Permits the Office of the State Treasurer to relocate office furniture identified by the Speaker of the House of Representatives or designees, notwithstanding state law restrictions on furniture relocation.
