Appropriates $2,629,200 to the Division of Financial Management for fiscal year 2022 (July 1, 2021 through June 30, 2022), consisting of $2,209,100 for personnel costs and $420,100 for operating expenditures from General Fund, Miscellaneous Revenue Fund, and Administrative Code Fund.

Limits Division of Financial Management to a maximum of 19.00 full-time equivalent positions during fiscal year 2022, unless specifically authorized by the Governor with notification to the Joint Finance-Appropriations Committee.

Reappropriates any unexpended and unencumbered balances from the Federal COVID-19 Relief Fund previously appropriated to the Executive Office of the Governor for fiscal year 2021 to be used for nonrecurring expenditures in fiscal year 2022.

Requires the Office of the State Controller to confirm reappropriation amounts by fund, expense class, and program with the Legislative Services Office before processing.
