Appropriates $175,700 to the Office of the Lieutenant Governor from the General Fund for July 1, 2021 through June 30, 2022, consisting of $160,500 for personnel costs and $15,200 for operating expenditures.

Authorizes the Office of the Lieutenant Governor to maintain no more than 2.50 full-time equivalent positions during the fiscal year 2022 period, unless additional positions are specifically authorized by the Governor.

Exempts the appropriated funds from object transfer limitations under Idaho Code Section 67-3511(1) and (3), allowing unlimited transfers between object codes for fiscal year 2022.

Requires the Joint Finance-Appropriations Committee to be notified promptly if the Governor authorizes any increased positions beyond the authorized 2.50 FTE.

Maintains the restriction that legislative appropriations cannot be transferred between different funds without express legislative approval.
