Titled the "Idaho Firearm and Firearm Accessories and Components Protection Act," prohibits Idaho government entities and officials from enforcing federal executive orders, laws, or regulations enacted after the bill's effective date that violate Idaho's constitutional right to bear arms.

Establishes civil penalties of up to $1,000 for first violations and misdemeanor charges for subsequent violations by state or local officials who knowingly order enforcement of prohibited federal firearm regulations.

Defines "firearm accessory" to include items such as magazines, suppressors, scopes, and ammunition, and "firearm component" to include materials and tools for manufacturing firearms and ammunition.

Provides immunity from civil liability for Idaho government officials and employees who refuse to enforce federal firearm regulations that conflict with Idaho's constitution, and allows the Attorney General or Idaho Legislature to bring enforcement actions.

Takes effect immediately upon passage and approval with retroactive application to January 20, 2021.
