Appropriates $27,587,800 to the Office of the Attorney General for fiscal year 2022 (July 1, 2021 through June 30, 2022) across three programs: State Legal Services ($24,216,300), Internet Crimes Against Children ($2,480,800), and Special Litigation ($890,700).

Authorizes no more than 220.00 full-time equivalent positions for the Office of the Attorney General during the fiscal year, unless specifically authorized by the Governor.

Exempts the Office of the Attorney General from standard object and program transfer limitations, allowing unlimited transfers between object codes and between programs for all appropriated moneys.

Prohibits transfers of legislative appropriations from one fund to another fund unless expressly approved by the Legislature.

Requires the Joint Finance-Appropriations Committee to be notified promptly if the Governor authorizes any increased positions beyond the 220.00 authorized.
