Appropriates $70,000 from the General Fund to the Legislative Services Office for fiscal year 2022, comprised of $69,500 for personnel costs and $500 for operating expenditures, for the period July 1, 2021, through June 30, 2022.

Increases the full-time equivalent position authorization for the Legislative Services Office by one (1.00) position for fiscal year 2022.

Appropriates $250,000 from the General Fund to the Legislature for trustee and benefit payments during fiscal year 2022 to fund a pilot program studying federal land values.
