Amends Idaho Code Section 37-2734A to prohibit commercial promotion or advertisement of Schedule I controlled substances in newspapers, magazines, handbills, and other publications.

Makes it unlawful to knowingly promote or advertise the sale, delivery, distribution, manufacturing, or preparation of Schedule I controlled substances, or the sale of drug paraphernalia.

Expands the definition of "person" in this context to include individuals acting on behalf of corporations, business trusts, estates, trusts, partnerships, associations, or other legal entities.

Establishes misdemeanor penalties of up to one year imprisonment, fines of up to $1,000, or both for violations.
