Legislative Description
Stating the findings of the Legislature and providing that no vouchered or unvouchered expense allowance shall be payable to any member of the legislature for any time period during a temporary adjournment following the passage of three days from the date of adoption of this concurrent resolution without the approval of the president pro tempore of the senate or the Speaker of the House of Representatives respectively.
