Adds sexual orientation and gender identity as protected classes to Idaho's civil rights law alongside existing protections for race, color, religion, sex, national origin, and disability.

Defines "gender identity" as a person's actual or perceived gender identity, appearance, mannerisms, or other characteristics, with or without regard to the person's sex at birth.

Defines "sexual orientation" as a person's actual or perceived orientation as heterosexual, homosexual, bisexual, or asexual.

Extends protections against discrimination based on sexual orientation and gender identity to employment, public accommodations, real property transactions, and education.

Effective date is July 1, 2022, with emergency clause declared.
