Amends Idaho Code Chapter 10, Title 34 by adding Section 34-1002B regarding absentee ballot assistance at nursing facilities, assisted living centers, and similar residential facilities.

Requires county clerks to schedule visits to request facilities to assist residents with absentee voting when the facility contacts the elections office, with assistance provided by the clerk, authorized volunteers, or appointed representatives from the two largest political parties.

Permits immediate family members (spouse, child, sibling, parent, grandparent, grandchild, and step/adoptive relations) to assist residents in filling out absentee ballots.

Prohibits any person assisting with absentee ballot completion from advising, suggesting, requesting, or influencing the voter's ballot choices, with violations classified as a misdemeanor.
