Amends Section 37-2701, Idaho Code, to revise definitions related to controlled substances, specifically clarifying the definition of "marijuana" to exclude nabiximols in FDA-approved drug products.

Amends Section 37-2705, Idaho Code, to provide that nabiximols in a drug product approved by the United States Food and Drug Administration shall not be considered Schedule I controlled substances.

Specifies that tetrahydrocannabinols are prohibited except for permitted amounts in industrial hemp or nabiximols in FDA-approved drug products, and except for dronabinol in sesame oil in approved drug products.

Declares an emergency and makes the act effective on July 1, 2022.
