Amends Section 67-5408, Idaho Code, to correct federal statute citations regarding vocational rehabilitation programs for the blind

Replaces outdated reference to the Vocational Rehabilitation Act Amendments of 1965 (P.L. 113, 89th Congress; 29 U.S.C. Chapter 4) with the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, P.L. 93-112, as amended by the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act of 2014, P.L. 113-128

Confirms the Commission for the Blind and the Visually Impaired remains the sole agency responsible for vocational and other rehabilitation of the blind and administration of blind vocational rehabilitation programs

Requires the Commission to comply with all requirements of the updated federal rehabilitation acts and subsequent amendments

Effective date: July 1, 2022, with emergency declaration
