Changes Chapter 2, Title 46 heading from "Officers and Enlisted Men" to "Officers and Enlisted Men Personnel" to update outdated language throughout the Idaho Code military provisions.

Revises terminology in sections 46-202, 46-205, 46-207, 46-215, 46-224, 46-225, and 46-226 to replace gender-specific references (such as "his" and "enlisted man") with gender-neutral language ("his or her" and "enlisted person").

Makes technical corrections to hyphenation and punctuation in section 46-202, changing "commander-in-chief" to "commander in chief" for consistency.

Maintains all substantive provisions regarding officer appointments, commissions, discharges, military training leave protections, and employer compliance requirements without changing their legal effect.

Becomes effective July 1, 2022, under an emergency declaration.
